Alarm output is capable of sinking 85mA max for driving small devices such as a buzzer or a LED light with voltage range of 0~35V.  If an inductive alarm device is used, put a freewheeling diode in parallel with the alarm device as peak voltage protection; alternatively, place TVS between alarm output and ground.

The GPC LVD module is a microcontroller‐based solid‐state low voltage disconnect load switch. It prevents battery from over‐discharge by disconnecting the attached load if the battery voltage drops below a pre‐defined threshold. It reconnects the load when the battery is recharged above the threshold.
